Babysitter coordinator- Simply find teens/young adults to volunteer to babysit for meetings, make schedule. No need to attend meetings yourself.
 

Consignment Shift Volunteer Coordinator- this person checks the website for the dates and times we are open and schedules volunteers to work 2-3 hour shifts. Please let Deborah Mackall know as far out as you need.
 

Meeting Host/Hostesses for Occasional Monday Night Meetings- You are not committing to every month- but Deborah needs coverage for times she can't be there [like her DUE date!]

 
Book Sorters for Trailer Bookstore- you can sort any time the Church is open, they'll unlock the trailer for you. [typical office hours M-F]

• Creating some more sub-categories for the books: geography, economics, computer, health, social studies/foreign cultures, civics/government/political science.
• A separate section for shelving the logic books
• A master list of consigner numbers used.
• Culling out used books that are too old -we'll donate to overseas missions [just make a box and mark it] things like 2 or 3 editions old for example
• Physical work on trailer- lighting, fans, flooring!    Thanks Tom Milley and Neil Moylen for stopping the LEAK!!!!
• Volunteer coordinator to schedule volunteers to work!

Items needed to stock the trailer:

1. carpet remnants or scraps to cover extension cords and other trip hazards
2. calculator
3. various ziplock bags (for multi-part things that aren't stiff enough for rubberbands)
4. a cash box with a lock
5. eraser
6. Three ring hole punch:  Donated!!
   
7. scotch tape
8. deep book shelves [industrial strength] to replace failing ones. [4 total]
9. bar coding equipment and database scanning software w/laptop (think big)
